Each unit has original protective plastic film on the screen, it was pulled off a little bit on the corners as you can see in the example on the pictures. All of the scuffing is on the film, not on screen (some units have more scuffing on the film, some less, some have none) . Comes only with transformer and nothing else! Screen is perfect without any scratches or blemishes, white plastic on front has a very tiny scuffing if you look it closely. No other visible marks present. No International ShippingProgramming instructions:- Make sure your main panel is up to date with the latest firmware (currently 1.3, you can go into info screen and it should say " C.3.1.3.011" - Make sure your main panel is connected to your WiFi and you have a strong signal (you must have good WiFi connection for the remote keypad to work, it works on WiFi only)- Power up your new Remote Keypad by plugging in the battery and power supply - make sure to observe polarity + & - (removing back plate is a bit tricky, the back plate sits very tight, don't use a sharp object as it may damage the inside)- Once powered up, follow instructions on the screen, it will ask you to connect it to the same WiFi as your main panel, then it will scan for main panel and for new firmware, once it finds the main panel, it will send the message to the main panel and the main panel will have a new message that will say "a secondary keypad is ready to be paired" - just follow the prompts - you will need installer code to pair it.- From installer menu on the main panel click on "keypad used" and enable the keypad, then click on "Device ID" and Pair, it will display the pairing code, click "accept".
