It is penny sleeved, loaded in a semi rigid and enclosed in an Ultra Pro one touch resealable bag to ensure upkeep of the integrity of the ungraded card. I would call it near mint or better, as I am not a professional grader but I do know the corners and edges are very clean and crisp and the surface looks to be great and without damage or other imperfections. The only thing I am uncertain if you were to get it graded is the centering, I'm not great at guessing if things fall in the ratio for psa submissions should you choose to have it graded and I won't even try to give you an estimate. make your best judgement on the pictures provided on that.
