I spend a lot of time on the pictures to try and show you every detail. Shipping will usually be next day or 2 day except for holidays and I only ship to United States, no international. Depending on the value of item I may add signature needed but I will always pay the extra to do it and I will let you know beforehand. Sometimes if its a apartment complex I will add it for yours and my security of the item. USPS does sometimes run late but I will always help you as much as possible. I have never had a item damaged in transit but anything returned must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent out for full refund.
