Listed is the signature card of Seto Kaiba in the original iteration of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series. Blue-Eyes White Dragon is certainly the most most iconic card in the franchise since its inception. This particular card originates from Starter Deck Kaiba 1st Edition European variant. European-English releases have a completely different print quality than its North-American counterpart. The "glossy" and "wavy" do not apply to most Euro cards. In fact, when reflected against direct light, it shines differently. The best way to describe it is that, it looks like a combination of both glossy and wavy. One thing to note is that, European cards are much, much more difficult to grade due to the disparity in print quality. Many collectors have tried to find this card in mint condition, but have a tough time doing so, given how poorly they were printed. This particular card happens to be one of the mintier copies that have survived well in mint condition. One thing to point out is the printing error on the eye of anubis sticker found on the bottom right. The double Anubis with silver underneath the gold is a common occurrence for the first printing of European cards, which were created in the USA. We see this in the reverse foil BPT cards since they were printed around the same time. It is assumed that during the manufacturing process, they used the wrong eye of Anubis for the entire run and only realized till they were created, so they had to go back and stamp it a second time with a Gold Anubis stamp.
