2 X Keilwerth New King SILVER PLATE sax VINTAGE

Description: Hi all, Do you really love someone and want to make this Christmas extra special 🎅!!! Even if they are not musically inclined, this is perhaps the ideal gift 😆. But seriously, these are both amazing vintage saxes and have been meticulously serviced by Jesse Green (Studio for brass and woodwinds … the retail side of the shop is Oz Winds Gold Coast). You will be extremely hard-pressed to find two silver plated Keilwerth NK in this condition worldwide! Suit collector, serious player (advanced - pro). Both have rolled tone holes, original cases. JK Alto Sax 1956 - overhauled a number of years ago - pads are in excellent shape and had been fully stripped of keywork, cleaned/polished, serviced & regulated. Slight cracks in lucite key guard and some plating degradation on the neck … otherwise no major damage and seals perfectly. Original end plug. JK Tenor Sax 1961 - just fully serviced. Rear stack repad, all other pads had been replaced in the past and were still in excellent condition. This is a treat of a saxophone and is almost in MINT condition … for its age I rate it at a 9.8/10. Broad projecting tone and nice keywork - tight and responsive. This is the kind of sax that people drool over - both looks and sound wise. 🤤 ** note these are USED saxes and will have evidence of scratches, plating degradation, light dings. There is absolutely zero major damage to either of these saxes. Examine pics carefully and advise if you require any more or have any questions I can assist with. I do not want to split this pair as they are special and truly deserve the right owner. Shipping available at cost, though would prefer local buyer as to avoid any damage in transit. If I were to ship, I would be removing the guards and packing them separately to avoid any damage.
