Description: seems to have been a local artist, found mention of just 2 other prints by C. Russell on the internet, and they were both of IOW. Appear to be prints made from hand-tinted photographs. They have stamped impression that looks like "B&K" ? in the bottom corner with a logo. Actual prints are 5 3/4 by 3", on approx 10 1/2 by 7 1/2" cardstock, beautiful clean cond. I would guess sometime between 1910 and 1930s.
