Description: For sale here is a pair of different variant, vintage, clear, tall, round, embossed, quart milk bottles from Washington, DC. Chestnut Farms, Chevy Chase Dairy, Washington, DC. on front shoulder and Safe Milk For Babies! on back shoulder. One is a cream top from 1941 and the other is an older, standard shape from 1934. The cream top has no chips or cracks but very heavy overall stain and haze and the other has large cracks through the heel and a few bruises. Also some ground staining.
