A cast member could have worn the button on their costume on October 1, 1983. Ever year Disney used to distribute a different button often themed to an important happening at the resort. This button features the Horizons attraction at Epcot Center which opened in 1983.The pin pics number is 4390. The button measures approximately 3 1/2 inches across by 1 5/8 inches tall.
