A Coast Guard 40-foot patrol vessel and a New Orleans Police boat assist New Orleans Police Emergency Squad diver William Groh and volunteer diver Arthur Pretlove in floating a Cessna 180 to the surface on Lake Pontchartrain. The aircraft, reported missing since December 15th, was located ate Wednesday by a Coast Guard helicopter 1.2 miles from the New Orleans Municipal airport runway in the lake. The pilot, Alfred W.
