The house is in remarkable condition for 60 years if age with only a hairline crack in the plastic landscaping shown in photo 9!! I think the unpainted people are not original to the set and the painted Dad has a foot missing!! Some issues with the furniture are, the toilet is not complete, and the seat is loose, the refrigerator door is not attached and one of the wing chairs is missing the back legs!! The house is approx. 17" high at the roof peak X 13" wide X 12.5"deep!! Shipping is high because the volume of the package is high versus the weight!!
