If you have a vintage 1953 vehicle in CA, then you can get it registered with an original vintage pair of 1951 CA plates that are DMV "clear". BUT, in addition to the pair of '51 plates, you will need a pair of these 1953 year tabs. So, here you go and reasonably priced too. AND this is (for you purests) a matching number pair.
