You are purchasing a 1941 Gum, Inc. Uncle Sam - Soldier card #11 "Field Maneuvers." I consider this card to be in poor condition. This card DOES have a crease and there is some staining. However, I am NOT a grader of cards - just a non-sports collector of vintage pre-1970 cards. This card is one of the 144-card set. Cards numbered #1-96 are the "Uncle Sam" cards and represent the four branches of the U.S. military. Cards #97-144 are the "Home Defense" cards and show what it could be like if the actions of WW II would come to the U.S. mainland. Like other sets from this era, this highly collectible and sought-after non-sports cards set from the early to mid-20th century is one a collector should seek. This card will make a great addition for your set building, or an excellent starter card if you are starting your 1941 "Uncle Sam - Home Defense" collection! They are a great source of historical account of a major part of this nation's history. Please judge for yourself it's condition and centering.
