Hair Styles by Medalo (Gold Medal Hair Products // Brooklyn NY) selling either complete wigs or hair extensions, including a V-Roll which dates this pretty clearly to the late 1940s. Integrated but clearly Gold Medal did not have a black model, the African American hairstyles are illustrations not photos. 10 x 13" long ago pasted to another (slightly larger) page for rigidity w/ minor edge chips.
