Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Used marriage certificate from Morgan County Ohio in January 29, of 1868. The names appear to be Vincent G Hopkins and Emma Wheeler. The Rev H Sealock signed the certificate. There is also a clean orange 5 cent revenue stamp (George Washington) in the lower left corner. No pen markings or other cancellations on the stamp. Best I can tell, this is not a license and text along the bottom states the certificate to be returned to the office of probate within three months after marriage or 50 dollar penalty. The certificate is 2 ¾” x 7 ¾”. Left edge rough. See scans.
