INSTRUCTIONS: We are either pulling or planting our elephant garlic in the months of June or October here in zone 7. Please make sure to research your zone. Plant in full sun in well draining soil after separating each clove. Each bulb will supply you with at least 4 cloves. Each clove will turn into a "golf ball" shape when pulled in the appropriate month after planting. Take the ball and dry. Store in a dry cool place, out of sunlight until the next "planting or pulling month." Then replant ball, and in the next go round the ball will grow bigger and divide itself into an Elephant Garlic bulb as you would see in the store. 1-ball=4-6 new cloves that can be dried/planted or eaten. *As always, we are happy to combine shipping to save you money *
